•    Tickets are valid for the selected visit date only, with date selection available from 22 June until 31 July 2025.
•    Free ticket must be of the same type & same value as the purchased ticket (e.g., Buy 1 Adult ticket, get 1 Adult ticket free).
•    Purchased and free tickets must be used on the same day as per date selection in Online Ticketing Platform.
•    Tickets purchased are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, nor intended for resale.
•    This promotion is non-refundable under any circumstances, including inclement weather.
•    All attractions are closed every Wednesday, except on Malaysian school and public holidays.

GENERAL T&Cs: 
•     SAFARI INSTA TOUR: Pregnant women, wheelchair users, and children below three years old are not advised to participate in this activity. 
•    BOAT CRUISE: The minimum age to enjoy the ride would be one year and above.
•    Children below the age of seventeen (17) years old should be supervised and always accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years old and above.
•    Please wear appropriate attire during this activity.
•    Please make a reservation three days before your visit: Call/WhatsApp – 012 932 1811. Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands' operations may be delayed or postponed depending on the weather in Gamuda Cove.
•    The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
•    Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited in Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands.
•    Littering is prohibited. Always keep the environment clean and dispose of all waste in designated trash cans.
•    Any dangerous acts, behaviours, or items are prohibited.
•    Guests must always adhere to the instructions given by the respective staff.
•    Guests who do not follow the rules and regulations will be evicted from Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, Gamuda Cove.
•    The Management of Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands shall not be liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings or for any death, injury, damage, or loss, howsoever caused, at Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, Gamuda Cove.
•    The operation hours of Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands are 9.00am – 5.00pm daily, and it is closed every Wednesday except on Malaysia School Holiday(s) and Public Holiday(s).
•    Visitors must arrive at least 15 minutes before their booked timeslot for a Safety Briefing and to fill in an Indemnity Form.
•    Visitors must produce an Identity Card (I.C) for verification purposes at the Ticketing Counter.
•    Guests must produce valid e-ticket(s) / pre-printed ticket(s) upon arrival before proceeding with this activity.
•    The ticket is NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other forms of legal tender, or vouchers of different denominations.
•    Tickets are not valid with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
•    The Management of Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
