PROMO T&Cs:

•    Add 1 ticket to cart to enjoy the Buy 1 Free 1 promo. Both your paid ticket & FREE second ticket will be emailed to you after purchase.
•    Promotion is valid for online purchases only from 21 June to 31 July 2025.
•    Tickets are valid for the selected visit date only, with date selection available from 22 June until 31 July 2025.
•    Free ticket must be of the same type & same value as the purchased ticket (e.g., Buy 1 Adult ticket, get 1 Adult ticket free).
•    Purchased and free tickets must be used on the same day as per date selection in Online Ticketing Platform.
•    Tickets purchased are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, nor intended for resale.
•    This promotion is non-refundable under any circumstances, including inclement weather.
•    All attractions are closed every Wednesday, except on Malaysian school and public holidays.
•    The management reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

GENERAL T&Cs:  
1.    Guest must follow the general park rules and regulations for SplashMania, Gamuda Cove. 
2.    FREE park admission applies only to children aged below 3 years with paying adult.
3.    Child: Guest aged 3 – 12 years
4.    Adult: Guest aged 13 - 59 years
5.    Senior Citizen: Guests aged 60 years or above.
6.    Ticket prices are based on birth year. (i.e. If you turn 13 in 2025, you must buy an adult ticket for any purchase made for visitation date from 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025)
7.    Valid documents such as NRIC, MyKid, I-Card, Passport or Multiple Entry Visa, will be required for verification purpose prior to park admission.
8.    Guests must adhere to all safety rules and regulations of the slides and rides irrespective of the ticket type.
9.    Guests with Disabilities (OKU): Guests with disability certificate. 
10.    Guest below the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18 and above. 
11.    Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed. 
12.    Glass or any sharp or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited. 
13.    No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes are allowed. 
14.    Guest is solely responsible for their own belongings. 
15.    No refunds for inclement weather. 
16.    No exchange, refund, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstance(s). No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase. 
17.    Only approved swimwear is allowed. No exposed zipper, buckles or rivets. 
18.    Guest must use a tube or sliding mat to go on certain slides and attractions. Please read all ride’s signages and adhere accordingly. 
19.    Queue up and wait for your turn to get onto slides or rides. 
20.    Most rides have height and weight restrictions. Please read all ride’s restriction signages and adhere accordingly. 
21.    CAUTION: Guest with any existing medical health condition or has self-imposed restrictions on their physical activity, or who are overweight for the body type or under “doctor’s care” should not go on any rides or attractions. 
22.    CAUTION: Certain attractions contain bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. Guest who are sensitive to these conditions or with a history of photosensitive epilepsy should avoid these attractions. 
23.    Locker rental is available at your convenience. Please do not leave valuables unattended. 
24.    Fighting and abusive language are strictly not permitted in SplashMania. 
25.    Gamuda Land Leisure’s Management (“Management”) reserves the right to stop any picture-taking or video recording and confiscate any materials if deem inappropriate.
26.    The Management will not be liable for any loss, injuries or death. 
27.    The Management reserves the right to deny admission or request a guest to leave the park due to infraction of the rules or is caught in an unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour. 
28.    The Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the park, restrict the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activities without prior notice.
