TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Discovery Annual Pass activation starts on the next day of your purchase date without waiting for your card to be ready. You are required to complete the details in the Registration Form within 7 days after purchase by scanning the above QR image.
2. Child rates apply to children above 90cm in height or age 12 years old (based on year of birth) and below, however enjoyment of any activities or rides is still subject to the respective activity or rides’ rules and restrictions (including without limitation the height, weight, and health restrictions).
3. Discovery Annual Pass holders are entitled to admission for 12 months of unlimited activities subject to available usage entitlements (adult/child) associated with the Discovery Annual Pass Terms and Conditions (1-time redemption per day). 
4. Discovery Annual Pass holders are entitled to a free one-time participation in the Jungle School Programme (adult/child) upon pass activation. Subsequent unlimited visits to the Wetlands Arboretum Centre (without the Jungle School Programme package) are included under the pass entitlement. 
5. Discovery Annual Pass entitles the pass holder to up to exclusive discounts of up to 10% on selected activities and events in Gamuda Cove. 
6. Discovery Annual Pass members must present an original MyKad/ MyKid/ I-card for verification purposes during entry. 
7. The unauthorised duplication and/or resale of this annual pass is strictly prohibited. The Management reserves the right to revoke the pass and/or deny entry to the park. 
8. No exchange, refund, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstance(s). No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase. 
9. The Discovery Annual Pass cannot be used with any ongoing promotional offers, vouchers, advanced bookings, discounts, and/or retail/F&B incentives. 
10. Operation hours of Discovery Park: 12.00pm to 8.00pm (Weekdays) and 10.00am to 8.00pm (Weekends), we are closed every Wednesday except on Malaysia School Holiday(s) and Public Holiday(s). 
11. The Park Management shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages (whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential), late or non-delivery of Discovery Annual Pass; loss; unutilised annual pass and/or loss of recreational opportunities due to rides maintenance, capacity, inclement weather, special events and/or any circumstances beyond control.
12. The Park Management reserves the right to amend or terminate any offers or promotions at any time without prior notice. The Management reserves the right to close the Park venues and cancel events, activities, and operation hours without prior notice. 
13. With the purchase or use of the Discovery Annual Pass, you are agreeable to all the terms & conditions and general rules & regulations of the park. The Park Management reserves the right to revoke the annual pass if the pass holder misuses, abuses privilege or fails to comply with the park rules & regulations. 
14. Your use of this Discovery Annual Pass constitutes your acceptance of its governing terms and conditions.
