Paintball - Target Shooting

1.      Participant must follow the general park rules and regulations for Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.

2.     GENERAL RULES 

         i.       All participants must be at least 12 years old and above to be allowed on the playing field/s. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied

         by a parent or guardian.  

         ii.      Normal operation of Paintball may be hazardous and not recommended to the following guests:

                  a.       Those who are pregnant

                  b.       Those with heart conditions

                  c.       Those with serious back problems

                  d.      Those with other health problems that may make them more vulnerable to injury

         iii.     Participant/s must ensure to wear long sleeve shirt and a properly covered shoes while in the playing field/s. 

         iv.     Player/s under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited. 

         v.      Betting of any kind is strictly prohibited. 

         vi.     Food, drinks, or pets are NOT allowed in the playing field/s. 

         vii.    No littering. Please keep the environment clean at all times and dispose of all wastes in designated trash cans. 

         viii.   All participant/s must follow all rules & regulations. Failing to comply, the participant/s will be dismissed from the property without a refund. Player is liable

         for damages / breakages to the equipment and the facilities. 

         ix.     The management reserves the right to refuse any participant/s from the game without having to give any reasons. 

         x.      Management shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of property and life to any participants in this activity.  

3. GAME RULES
         i.       Paintball/airsoft safety masks/goggles must be worn on the playing field at all times. 

         ii.      Never shoot a person who is not wearing proper protection or at a distance of less than 20 feet. 

         iii.     Never shoot any referee/marshal or player/s showing a neutrality symbol (both hands up, white flag/surrender).

         iv.     No player may shoot at any object or person outside the perimeter of the playing field/s. 

         v.      Treat every marker (gun) as loaded. 

         vi.     Never look down the barrel for whatever reasons. 

         vii.    Before & after each game the marker (gun) should be held facing the ground/sky. 

         viii.   No shooting of marker (gun) allowed if the hopper is empty/ no more pellets. 

         ix.     All players must obey the referee/marshal's instructions at all times. 

         x.      No physical confrontation between players. 

         xi.     Non-player/s is/are not allowed on the playing field. 

         xii.    Players should display sportsmanship at all times. Fighting or vulgarities are not allowed in or off the playing fields. 

4. Operation hours of Paintball Target Shooting: 9:00am to 6:00pm daily, close every Wednesday except for Malaysia School Holidays and Public Holidays.

5. Visitors must produce Identity Card (I.C) for verification purpose at the Ticketing Counter.

6. A valid e-ticket(s) / pre-printed ticket(s) must be produced upon arrival prior to proceed with this activity.

7. The ticket is NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of legal tender or voucher of other denominations.

8. This ticket is not valid with any other on-going promotions or discounts.

9. The Management of Discovery Park reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
