XMAS WONDER DEAL PROMOTION T&Cs:

1.  This promotion is valid from 2 December 2024 till 1 January 2025. 

2.  This promotion is valid for one-time online purchase per user only with promo code: UNBOXWONDER.

3.  Promo code is applicable to maximum of 6 tickets only in a transaction upon check out. 

4.  This promotion is capped to first 100 tickets purchase per visitation date. 

5.  This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts. 

6.  Tickets purchased are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, nor intended for resale.

7.  This promotion is non-refundable under any circumstances, including inclement weather.

8.  All attractions are closed every Wednesday, except on Malaysian school and public holidays.

9.  The management reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Participant must follow the general park rules and regulations of Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.

1.     This game duration is 30 minutes/game.

2.     Minimum participant is 4 person and maximum is 14 person in one (1) game.

3.     Rules & Regulation:

a.    All participants must be at least 12 years old and above to be allowed on the playing field/s. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

b.    Those who have heart conditions, serious back problem, other health problems that may make them more vulnerable to injury and pregnant are not recommended for this attraction.

c.     Participant/s must ensure to wear long sleeve shirt and a properly covered shoes while in the playing field/s.

4.     The operation of Discovery Park may be delayed or postponed depending on the weather at the time in Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.

5.     This is a smoke-free area. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape is allowed only in designated smoking areas.

6.     Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

7.     No littering. Please always keep the environment clean and dispose of all waste into designated trash cans.

8.     Any dangerous act, behaviour, or item is prohibited.

9.     Guests must adhere to the instruction always given by the respective staff.

10.  Guests who do not follow the rules and regulation will be evicted from Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.

11.  The Management of Discovery Park shall not be liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings, and for any death, injury, damage, or loss howsoever caused at Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.

12.  Operation hours of Discovery Park: 9.00am to 5.00pm daily, close every Wednesday except for Malaysia School Holidays and Public Holidays.

13.  Visitors must attend the Safety Briefing and to fill up Indemnity Form.

14.  Visitors must produce Identity Card (I.C) for verification purposes at the Ticketing Counter.

15.  Valid e-ticket(s) / pre-printed ticket(s) must be produced upon arrival prior to proceed with this activity.

16.  Tickets are NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of legal tender or voucher of other denominations.

17.  This ticket is not valid with any other on-going promotions or discounts.

18.  The Management of Discovery Park reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
