Nature Wanderlust & Jungle School Programme 2.0

Nature Wanderlust T&Cs: 

1. Participants must follow the general park rules and regulations for Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, Gamuda Cove.
2. SAFARI INSTA TOUR: Pregnant women, wheelchair users, and children below three years old are not advised to participate in this activity. 
3. BOAT CRUISE: The minimum age to enjoy the ride would be one year and above.
4. Children below the age of seventeen (17) years old should be supervised and always accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years old and above.
5. Please wear appropriate attire during this activity.
6. Please make a reservation three days before your visit: Call/WhatsApp – 012 932 1811. Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands' operations may be delayed or postponed depending on the weather in Gamuda Cove.
7. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
8. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited in Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands.
9. Littering is prohibited. Always keep the environment clean and dispose of all waste in designated trash cans.
10. Any dangerous acts, behaviours, or items are prohibited.
11. Guests must always adhere to the instructions given by the respective staff.
12. Guests who do not follow the rules and regulations will be evicted from Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, Gamuda Cove.
13. The Management of Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands shall not be liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings or for any death, injury, damage, or loss, howsoever caused, at Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, Gamuda Cove.
14. The operation hours of Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands are 9.00am – 6.00pm daily, and it is closed every Wednesday except on Malaysia School Holiday(s) and Public Holiday(s).
15. Visitors must arrive at least 15 minutes before their booked timeslot for a Safety Briefing and to fill in an Indemnity Form.
16. Visitors must produce an Identity Card (I.C) for verification purposes at the Ticketing Counter.
17. Guests must produce valid e-ticket(s) / pre-printed ticket(s) upon arrival before proceeding with this activity.
18. The ticket is NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other forms of legal tender, or vouchers of different denominations.
19. Tickets are not valid with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
20. The Management of Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
     

Jungle School Programme 2.0 T&Cs: 

Jungle School Programme 2.0 T&Cs: 
1.    Participants must follow the general park rules and regulations for Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands, Gamuda Cove.
2.    The minimum number of participants per session is 4 pax, and the maximum is 36 pax.

Ticket types:
       a)    Child Ticket:
       I.    Age range: 4 to 12 years old
       II.    Package consists of:
       •    Entrance Ticket for The Gallery & Urban Farm at the Wetlands Arboretum Centre (WAC)
       •    WAC Workshop
       •    Safari Insta Tour or Boat Cruise
       •    A Packed Meal & Drink
       •    A Souvenir
       b)    Adult Ticket: 
       I.    Age range: 13 years old and abovesm
       II.    Package consists of:
       •    Entrance Ticket for The Gallery & Urban Farm at the Wetlands Arboretum Centre (WAC)
       •    Safari Insta Tour or Boat Cruise
       •    A Packed Meal & Drink

3.    Participants can choose between two package options: 
       a)    THE HERON (Boat Cruise): The minimum age to participate in this experience would be one year old and above.
       b)    THE HIPPO (Safari Insta Tour): Pregnant women, wheelchair users, and children below three years old are not advised to participate in this activity.

5.    The operation hours of Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands are 9.00am – 6.00pm daily, and it is closed every Wednesday except on Malaysia School Holiday(s) and Public Holiday(s).
6.    Visitors must produce an Identity Card (I.C) for verification purposes at the Ticketing Counter.
7.    Proper attire, including closed-toe shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.
8.    Visitors with special medical, dietary or mobility requirements must inform our Customer Service Counter representative. 
9.    Outside food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, are strictly prohibited. 
10.    Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping are allowed only in designated smoking areas.
11.    Littering is prohibited. Please keep the environment clean at all times and dispose of all waste in designated trash cans.
12.    No plastic bottles or containers are allowed.
13.    No pets are allowed.
14.    Removing any leaves, plants or trees without official consent is strictly prohibited. 
15.    Petting, harassing, or harming animals is prohibited. 
16.    Feeding animals without official consent is strictly prohibited.
17.    Visitors must be mindful of their own safety throughout their journey here.
18.    Children below the age of seventeen (17) years old should be supervised and always accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years old and above.
19.    Visitors must adhere to additional specific rules and requirements at each attraction and activity. Please refer to the information posted at each of the attraction sites.
20.    Visitors may participate in the activities available at their own risk.
21.    Any dangerous acts, behaviours, or items are strictly prohibited.
22.    Visitors who do not follow the rules and regulations will be evicted from Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands. 
23.    The regulation, protection, conservation, and management of wildlife at Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands are protected under the Wildlife Conservation Act (Act No. 716).
24.    The Management shall not be liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings or for any death, injury, damage, or loss, howsoever caused, at Paya Indah Discovery Wetlands.
