1.  This promotion is valid from 2 December 2024 till 1 January 2025. 

2.  This promotion is valid for one-time online purchase per user only with promo code: UNBOXWONDER.

3.  Promo code is applicable to maximum of 6 tickets only in a transaction upon check out. 

4.  This promotion is capped to first 100 tickets purchase per visitation date. 

5.  This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts. 

6.  Tickets purchased are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash, nor intended for resale.

7.  This promotion is non-refundable under any circumstances, including inclement weather.

8.  All attractions are closed every Wednesday, except on Malaysian school and public holidays.

9.  The management reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Park Closed on Wednesday

Guests are required to adhere to all stated rules & regulations. Failure to do so may result in serious injury and/or expulsion from the ride.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS : 

1. Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16 or above with valid ticket.
2. Remain seated upright. Keep hands and feet inside the ride vehicle at all times.
3. No climbing.
4. No selfie stick allowed.
5. Secure loose items.
6. No photography or video recording.
7. No smoking and vaping.
8. No food and drinks allowed.
9. Guests under alcohol or drug influence are not allowed.
10. No pets allowed.
11. No harmful objects.
12. No rough play.
13. Guests must be able to control lower limb.
14. Footwear is required.
15. Adult supervision is required.
16. Guests with wheelchairs must transfer to the ride vehicle seat during this ride.

GUESTS WITH THESE CONDITIONS MAY NOT RIDE : 

1. Expectant mothers.
2. Arm or leg cast.
3. Recent surgery or easily aggravated conditions.
4. Back or neck disorders.
5. Heart or blood pressure conditions.
6. Epilepsy.
7. Prosthetic or missing limbs
