FunPark + Skyline Luge FunCombo

PACKAGE ENTITLEMENT:

1. Package combo details as below :
   
   • FunCombo A : Package includes 6 Pay-Per-Ride attractions at FunPark, 3 Luge rides and Skyride at Skyline Luge.
   • FunCombo B : Package includes 6 Pay-Per-Ride attractions at FunPark, 4 Luge rides and Skyride at Skyline Luge.
   • FunCombo C : Package includes 6 Pay-Per-Ride attractions at FunPark, 5 Luge rides and Skyride at Skyline Luge.
2. All FunCombo tickets (Funpark and Skyline Luge) must be redeemed on the same date of visit at the  Funpark ticketing counter.
3. FunPark rides CAN be shared and MUST be used on the same day.
4. Luge Rides CANNOT be shared between guests.
5. Luge Tickets are valid for 1 person only.
6. Children who are above 6 years old and taller than 110cm in height will be allowed to ride the Luge alone.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS & INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUNPARK: ​

1. Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16 or above with a valid ticket.​
2. Remain seated upright. Keep hands and feet inside the ride vehicle at all times.​
3. No climbing.​​
4. No selfie stick allowed.​
5. Secure loose items.​
6. No photography or video recording.​
7. No smoking and vaping.​
8. No food and drinks allowed.​
9. Guests under alcohol or drug influence are not allowed.​
10. No pets allowed.​
11. No harmful objects.​
12. No rough play.​
13. Guests must be able to control their lower limbs.​
14. Footwear is required.​
15. Adult supervision is required.​
16. Guests with wheelchairs must transfer to the ride vehicle seat during this ride.

'GUESTS WITH THESE CONDITIONS MAY NOT RIDE : ​

• Expectant mothers.​
• Arm or leg cast.​
• Recent surgery or easily aggravated conditions.​
• Back or neck disorders.​
• Heart or blood pressure conditions.​
• Epilepsy.​
• Prosthetic or missing limbs​

By purchasing Skyline Luge tickets, you agree to follow the relevant code of conduct in relation to your experience in Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur.

1. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the code of conduct to leave without a refund.All pricing is displayed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit and includes relevant taxes. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to alter published prices at any time.
2. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to close or modify rides, and the attraction’s operating hours without prior notice. Closures or restrictions may occur for various reasons, including technical or operational issues, capacity constraints, adverse weather conditions, special events, or to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
3. By entering the attraction and participating in the activity, guests acknowledge their responsibility to take reasonable measures for their own safety, considering any personal medical conditions. All individuals in and around the attraction are expected to conduct themselves safely at all times.
4. Please note that age/height restrictions apply for children to ride the Luge solo and in tandem.

   - Riders who are between 85cm-109cm and 2-6 years of age will need to ride in tandem with an adult.

   - A tandem rider must ride on the Luge with a responsible adult. It is the responsibility of the responsible adult to ride in a slow and safe manner, avoiding sharp braking to minimise the risk of injury to the tandem rider.

   - Riders who are over 110cm and 6+ years old can ride the Luge tracks unaccompanied but will need to ride the Skyride with a responsible adult.

   - Riders 135cm+ tall can Luge and ride the Skyride alone.

   - Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in Luge and the Skyride.

   - The Luge Tracks have bright, flashing lights that may trigger discomfort or seizures for light-sensitive individuals.

5. Ticket resale is illegal. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur does not condone the on-selling or purchasing of tickets through unauthorised sellers. To ensure authenticity, we advise purchasing tickets through our official website.
6. All Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold for cash, in partial or whole. It will become automatically void on any transfer for value.
7. Individual combo Tickets are valid for 01 (one) person only – rides cannot be shared with other individuals.
8. Tandem tickets are valid for 01 (one) adult + 01 (one) children between height 85 -110cm only – rides cannot be shared or transferred with other individuals.
9. All tickets are only valid on the selected date and time of visit at time only.
10. Partial use combo tickets are non-transferrable to another date.
11. Last entry to the attraction is 1 hour prior to closing.
12. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur’s management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of the benefits, terms & conditions without prior notice.
