Terms & Conditions for SplashMania 

1.Guest must follow the general park rules and regulations for SplashMania, Gamuda Cove.
2.Ticket price includes all rides EXCEPT for pay-per-ride activities (Surf Mania, Zoomi’s Runway & Sky Leap)
3.FREE park admission applies only to children below 90cm in height with paying adult.
4.Child: Guest with a height between 90cm to 120cm.
5.Adult: Guest with a height above 120cm.
6.Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above.
7.Guests with Disabilities (OKU): Guests with disability certificate.
8.Guest below the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18 and above.
9.Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed.
10.Glass or any sharp or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
11.No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes are allowed.
12.Guest is solely responsible for their own belongings.
13.No refunds for inclement weather.
14.No exchange, refund, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstance(s). No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
15.Only approved swimwear is allowed. No exposed zipper, buckles or rivets.
16.Guest must use a tube or sliding mat to go on certain slides and attractions. Please read all ride’s signages and adhere accordingly.
17.Queue up and wait for your turn to get onto slides or rides.
18.Most rides have height and weight restrictions. Please read all ride’s restriction signages and adhere accordingly.
19.CAUTION: Guest with any existing medical health condition or has self-imposed restrictions on their physical activity, or who are overweight for the body type or under “doctor’s care” should not go on any rides or attractions.
20.CAUTION: Certain attractions contain bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. Guest who are sensitive to these conditions or with a history of photosensitive epilepsy should avoid these attractions.
21.Locker rental is available at your convenience. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
22.Fighting and abusive language are strictly not permitted in SplashMania.
23.Gamuda Land Leisure’s Management (“Management”) reserves the right to stop any picture-taking or video recording and confiscate any materials if deem inappropriate
24.The Management will not be liable for any loss, injuries or death.
25.The Management reserves the right to deny admission or request a guest to leave the park due to infraction of the rules or is caught in an unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour.
26.The Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the park, restrict the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activities without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions for Adventure Pack 

1. Participant must follow the general park rules and regulations of Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.

2. Rules & Regulation:

i.           COVE AEROBAR

              a.    This attraction strictly for participants with minimum height of 105cm and above.

              b.    Children aged below 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

              c.     Pregnant women, OKU (physical and mental disabilities), and participants below 105cm are STRICTLY prohibited from this attraction.

              d.    Those who have acrophobia, heart conditions, serious back problem, motion sickness and other health problems that may make them

                     more vulnerable to injury are not recommended for this attraction.

ii.         GOOSEBUMPS ROPE COURSE

              a.    Adult Course is for participants with a minimum height of 141cm and above; and Children Course is for participants with height

                     between 100cm to 140cm. 

              b.    Children aged below 10 years old must be supervised by an adult.

              c.     The maximum weight for individual is 120kg.

              d.    Pregnant women, OKU (physical and mental disabilities), and children below 100cm are STRICTLY prohibited from this attraction.

              e.    Those who have acrophobia, heart conditions, serious back problem, motion sickness and other health problems that may make them

                     more vulnerable to injury are not recommended for this attraction.

             f.      Please wear appropriate attire and COVERED SHOES are a must during this activity.

iii.        ARCHERY (10 ARROWS), PAINTBALL TARGET SHOOTING (25 PALLET)

             a.    All participants must be at least 12 years old and above to be allowed on the playing field/s. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must

                    be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

             b.    Those who have heart conditions, serious back problem, other health problems that may make them more vulnerable to injury and pregnant

                    are not recommended for this attraction.

            c.     Participant/s must ensure to wear long sleeve shirt and a properly covered shoes while in the playing field/s.

iv.        CAROUSEL 

             a.    Children below 120cm or ten (10) years old should be supervised and accompanied at all times by an adult eighteen (18) years old and above.

             b.    Maximum capacity for this ride is 24 persons.

             c.    Please wear appropriate attire while riding this attraction

.            d.    Those who have heart conditions, serious back problem, other health problems that may make them more vulnerable to injury and pregnant

                    are not recommended for this attraction.

v.        BUNGEEFLY 

             a.    Weight requirement to enjoy this attraction is maximum 40KG.

             b.    Guest below 10KG or below 4 years old must be accompanied or be supported by adult.

             c.    Jumpers must be able to properly utilize all safety restraint devices.

.            d.    Pregnant women, OKU (physical and mental disabilities), guests with weight above 40KG and guests that have mental/medical problems are STRICTLY                        prohibited from this attraction.

            e.     Please wear appropriate attire while playing this attraction.

         
3.The operation of Discovery Park may be delayed or postponed depending on the weather at the time in Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.
4.This is a smoke-free area. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
5.Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.
6.No littering. Please always keep the environment clean and dispose of all waste into designated trash cans.
7.Any dangerous act, behaviour, or item is prohibited.
8.Guests must adhere to the instruction always given by the respective staff.
9.Guests who do not follow the rules and regulation will be evicted from Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.
10.The Management of Discovery Park shall not be liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings, and for any death, injury, damage, or loss howsoever caused at Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove.
11.Operation hours of Discovery Park: 12.00pm to 8.00pm (Weekdays) and 10.00am to 8.00pm (Weekends), we are closed every Wednesday except on Malaysia School Holiday(s) and Public Holiday(s). 
12.Visitors must attend the Safety Briefing and to fill up Indemnity Form.
13.Visitors must produce Identity Card (I.C) for verification purposes at the Ticketing Counter.
14.Valid e-ticket(s) / pre-printed ticket(s) must be produced upon arrival prior to proceed with this activity.
15.Tickets are NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of legal tender or voucher of other denominations.
16.This ticket is not valid with any other on-going promotions or discounts.
17.The Management of Discovery Park reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2.SAFARI INSTA TOUR: Pregnant women, wheelchair users, and children below 3 years old are not advised to take this ride.
3.BOAT CRUISE: Minimum age to enjoy the ride would be 1 year old and above.
4.For children below seventeen (17) years old should be supervised and always accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years old and above.
5.Please wear appropriate attire during this activity.
