General T&Cs:  

1)        Guest must follow the general park rules and regulations for SplashMania, Gamuda Cove. 

2)        FREE park admission applies only to children below 90cm in height with paying adult. 

3)        Child: Guest with a height between 90cm to 120cm. 

4)        Adult: Guest with a height above 120cm. 

5)        Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above. 

6)        Guests with Disabilities (OKU): Guests with disability certificate. 

7)        Guest below the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18 and above. 

8)        Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed. 

9)        Glass or any sharp or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited. 

10)    No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes are allowed. 

11)    Guest is solely responsible for their own belongings. 

12)    No refunds for inclement weather. 

13)    No exchange, refund, replacement and/or extension will be made under any circumstance(s). No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase. 

14)    Only approved swimwear is allowed. No exposed zipper, buckles or rivets. 

15)    Guest must use a tube or sliding mat to go on certain slides and attractions. Please read all ride’s signages and adhere accordingly. 

16)    Queue up and wait for your turn to get onto slides or rides. 

17)    Most rides have height and weight restrictions. Please read all ride’s restriction signages and adhere accordingly. 

18)    CAUTION: Guest with any existing medical health condition or has self-imposed restrictions on their physical activity, or who are overweight for the body type or under “doctor’s care” should not go on any rides or attractions. 

19)    CAUTION: Certain attractions contain bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. Guest who are sensitive to these conditions or with a history of photosensitive epilepsy should avoid these attractions. 

20)    Locker rental is available at your convenience. Please do not leave valuables unattended. 

21)    Fighting and abusive language are strictly not permitted in SplashMania. 

22)    Gamuda Land Leisure’s Management (“Management”) reserves the right to stop any picture-taking or video recording and confiscate any materials if deem inappropriate 

23)    The Management will not be liable for any loss, injuries or death. 

24)    The Management reserves the right to deny admission or request a guest to leave the park due to infraction of the rules or is caught in an unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour. 

25)    The Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the park, restrict the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activities without prior notice.
