Water Biking

1.     Participant must follow the general park rules and regulations for Xploria, Gamuda Gardens.

2.     Height requirement for this ride is above 120cm and weight requirement is 80kg and below.

3.     For children below seventeen (17) years old should be supervised by adult.

4.     By riding the ride, passengers and guardians acknowledge that the responsibility to ensure safety rests solely on them.

5.     This ride is applicable to one (1) person for each ride

6.     Wear a proper attire, including shoes and life jacket must be worn at all times.

7.     The operation of Water Bike may be delayed or postponed depending on the weather at the time in Xploria, Gamuda Gardens.

8.     This is a smoke-free area. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape is allowed only in designated smoking areas.

9.     Please always ensure arms and legs inside the ride.

10.   Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

11.   No littering.

12.   Please always keep the environment clean and dispose of all waste into designated trash cans.

13.   Normal operation of Water Bike may be hazardous and not recommended to the following guests:

         a.       Those subject to motion sickness

         b.       Those with other health problems that may make them more vulnerable to injury

14.   Any dangerous act, behaviour, or item is prohibited.

15.   Guests must adhere to the instruction given by the respective staff at all time.

16.   Guests who do not follow the rules and regulation will be evicted from Xploria, Gamuda Gardens.

18.   The Management of Xploria shall not be liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings, and for any death, injury, damage, or loss howsoever caused at Xploria, Gamuda Gardens.

19.   Operation hours of Xploria: 10.00am – 6.00pm daily, closed every Wednesday except on Malaysia School Holiday(s) and Public Holiday(s).

20.   Visitors must produce Identity Card (I.C) for verification purpose at the Ticketing Counter.

21.   A valid e-ticket(s) / pre-printed ticket(s) must be produced upon arrival prior to proceed with this activity.

22.   The ticket is NOT refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of legal tender or voucher of other denominations.

23.   This ticket is not valid with any other on-going promotions or discounts.

24.   The Management of Xploria reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
